Objective:
Provide a solution for business continuity in the event of an infrastructure failure without sacrificing the user experience or their productivity levels. Ensure voice, application and data resources are immediately available in the event of an infrastructure failure.

Solution:
Internetwerx architected and implemented a solution that leveraged their cloud resources to replicate all business critical data and line of business application(s) offsite, making it immediately accessible to the user in the event of an infrastructure failure at the end users’office. In addition, to the cloud replica, a local caching replica was maintained to allow users an optimal experience accessing the same resources over their own fast local network. In collaboration with their voice carrier and a hosted PBX provider, a solution to provide survivable telephony was implemented at minimal cost.
